The items can be viewed by location, by item type, by department, by keeper or by supplier.

Multiple field searches and lookups provide instant tracing of an item and its location and keeper.

Detailed Item Drill Down

All views of the list of items can be expanded to reveal an increasing amount of detail about an item.

Item History Record

All item movements and audits are recorded in the transaction history providing a detailed log of what has happened to an item.

Disposals

Provisional disposal dates can be allocated to each item as it is entered on the system to provide schedules of items for disposal.

Audit Schedule

The barcoded audit schedules provide a list of what has not been checked after the next audit date falls due.

Importing Existing Data

Existing data can be imported to save manual re-entry.

Reports

All reports provide a search and export facility to many file formats as well as printing.
